How booking in works.

Three steps, and a phone call before any work.

  1. Step 1: Drop it off

Bring the car in from 8am and leave the keys at the desk.

  2. Step 2: We call with a price

We look first, then ring you with a price. No work starts without your say-so.

  3. Step 3: Collect

We text you when it is ready. Pay at the desk and drive away.

Servicing questions.

How often, warranties, and how we price the work.

How often should my car be serviced?

Most cars need a full service every year or 12,000 miles, whichever comes first, with an interim service halfway for higher mileage. Your handbook has the schedule for your car.

Will an independent service affect my warranty?

Tell us about the warranty when you call. We can discuss your manufacturer’s service schedule, the required parts and the records you need to keep.

Will you do any work without asking?

No. We call you with a price before any work starts, and nothing extra is done without your say-so. If we find something else, we explain it and you decide.

Do you do courtesy cars?

Yes, we have two courtesy cars (sample cars for this demo). Ask for one when you book; they go first come, first served, and you will need your driving licence.

Due an MOT or service?

Choose your service, pick a day and drop it off from 8am.

Bayline Autocentre is a fictional garage, so this button doesn't place a call. On a real website it would ring the workshop on 0161 496 0270.
